Loss.relief.service

◎ To use "Loss relief service", you need to submit a certificate 

of the theft or loss issued by a public agency such as police 
station or fire station. If you cannot get a certificate from the 
police station or fire station, you need to notify of the name of 
the public agency to which you reported the theft or loss, the 
date of report, and the acceptance number.

◎ Accidents due to disassembly by the customer and those 

intentionally caused by the customer are not covered by this 
service.

Free.battery.pack.service

◎ We offer you a free battery pack each time you have used the 

same au cell phone for more than one year and then for more 
than three years (up to twice).

◎ You must submit a separate application to receive a free 

battery pack. You can apply for a free battery pack up to twice, 
once during the second to third year, and then during the fourth 
to fifth year.

◎ We offer you a 1,000-point bonus of "au Point Program" for 

your using the same au cell phone for one year after purchase 
without using any of the Repair charge discount service, 
Renewal service after water soak/irreparable damage and Loss
