Setting the screen lock
If the screen lock is set, the screen backlight turns off to
prevent the keys or touch panel from erroneous operation.
If no operation is made during certain period of time, the
screen of the ISW11SC automatically turns off and is
locked in approximately five seconds.

While the screen is displayed,

Backlight turns off and screen lock activates.
Press

y
to turn the backlight on and display
unlock screen.
Canceling the screen lock
The unlock screen appears when the power is turned on or
backlight is turned on by pressing
p
/
y
.

Unlock screen → Flick the screen up/down/
left/right to unlock the screen
Initial settings
The first time the ISW11SC turns ON, follow the onscreen
instruction to set up the functions.

Tap [言語変更 (Change language)]

Select "English"

Tap Android icon
Set up your Google Account screen appears.

Set Google account
Use Google location screen appears.
• If you set a Google account later, tap “Skip”.

Set whether to use Google location → ［Next］
Backup and restore screen appears.

Make backup and restore setting → ［Next］ →
［Finish setup］
The home screen appears.
Setting up a Google account on your
ISW11SC
To use Google services such as Google Talk, Gmail, and
Android Market, set up a Google account on the ISW11SC.

Google account setup screen → [Next]

[Create]/[Sign in]
If you already have an Google account, tap [Sign in] and
enter Username and Password, then tap [Sign in].
If you do not have one, tap [Create] and follow the onscreen
instructions to register an account.
◎ When you delete the Google account (if two or more Google
accounts are set, the first Google account), "Factory data reset"
is required.
