5.3 Heben
Die Hubwagen bzw. Tragarme
müssen sich in der niedrigsten
Position befinden. In dieser Stellung
sind die Tragarmsicherungen nicht
arretiert. Die Arme müssen parallel
zur Fahrtrichtung gedreht werden.
Jetzt kann das Fahrzeug mittig
zwischen beide Säulen gefahren
werden. Anschließend werden die
Arme entsprechend den Angaben
des
Fahrzeugherstellers
ausgerichtet. Hierzu können die
Arme mit den Gummitragstützen
ausgezogen,
eingeschoben und
gedreht werden.
Mit dem Betätigungstaster (UP) wird
die Hebebühne in Gang gesetzt und
die Stützen dem Fahrzeug genähert.
Vor dem Anheben des Fahrzeugs ist
noch einmal die richtige Stellung der
Tragarme zu den vorgegebenen
Aufnahmepunkten
am KFZ zu
kontrollieren. Es ist ebenfalls zu
überprüfen,
ob alle
Arretierungshebel, eine Drehung der
Arme unmöglich machen, d.h. richtig
eingerastet sind. Nun kann das
Fahrzeug in die gewünschte Höhe
angehoben werden.
Zum sicheren Arbeiten soll die Bühne
nun in die Sicherheitsverriegelungen
gefahren werden. Dies geschieht mit
der Taste (Latch scram), durch deren
Betätigen sich die Bühne absenkt
ohne dass die Sicherheitsrasten
entriegelt werden.
5.4
Senken
Das Senken der Hebebühne darf nur
dann erfolgen, wenn sich keine
Personen unter dem Fahrzeug und in
seiner Umgebung aufhalten und
keine
Gegenstände unter dem
Fahrzeug sind. Um die eingerasteten
Sperrklinken freizugeben wird die
Hebebühne durch Betätigen der
Taste
(Once Drop) zuerst
automatisch kurz angehoben, erst
dann
werden die Rasten
elektromagnetisch geöffnet und die
Hebebühne wird bis zum CE-Stopp
5.3 Lifting
The carriages respectively lifting
arms must be in the lowest position.
The lifting arm securities are not
locked in this position. The lifting
arms must be swiveled parallel to the
driving direction. Now the vehicle can
be driven central between the posts.
Following the arms will be placed
according to the instructions of the
vehicle´s producer. At this the arms
can be extracted, slided and turned.
With the switch (UP) the lift will be
turned on and the rubber pads will be
approached to the vehicle. Before
lifting the vehicle, the right position of
the lifting arms to the application
points of the vehicle (according to the
instructions of vehicle´s producer)
has to be controlled closely. It must
also be checked, if all locking levers
make a swivelling of the arms
impossible, as to say if they are right
engaged. Now the vehicle can be
lifted in the desired height.
For a safe working the lift must be
driven now into the safety lockings.
This is made by the switch “Latch-
Scram”. By activating this switch the
lift is lowering without that the safety
notches will be unlocked.
5.4
Lowering
The lowering of the lift is only allowed
when no persons are under or nearby
the vehicle and no objects are under
the vehicle.
To release the engaged safety
notches the lift will be raised at first
shortly by pressing the button “Once
Drop” only then the notches will be
opened electromagnetic and the lift
will be lowered until the CE-Stopp.
Now the lift can be lowered by
pressing the button “Twice Drop” into
the final position.
