4. To enable a lock screen, press pushbutton 3 . When Lock Screen is enabled,
pressing any pushbutton from the home screen will trigger the following
message:
Please press “Menu” to start.
Note: By default the password requirement is disabled. If the password is
enabled, the LCD display’s default time-out is 5 minutes.
5. Press Menu to return to the Menu page.
6. Press Cancel to return to the previous step without saving.
Change Password
1. To change the password: from Security Mode, press pushbutton 2 .
2. In the Old Password field, the cursor flashes at the first digit. Enter the old
password (see LCD Password , page 44). If the old password is entered
correctly, you can proceed to the next step. The default password is: 1234 .
Note: If you enter an incorrect password, the cursor goes back to the first digit
and reverts to flashing. The Incorrect Password message clears as soon
as a new digit is entered.
