The type of alarm that the PBX generates for an active
alarm. Valid values are:

Alternate Name
The abbreviated name for the external device.
Description
A brief description of the external device.
Product Identifier
The 10-digit product number for the external device.
Building
The building where the device is located.
Address
The address of the building where the device is
located.
