10.1.2 Install ACE Studio 4.5 and higher
Note
: To install ACE Studio on a virtual machine, see the ACE Studio VM Quick Start
Guide.
Before continuing with this installation, complete Section 10.1.1, "Install Red Hat 5.10 and
higher" on page 35. To install ACE Studio versions 4.5 and higher, follow these steps:
1. Log into the system using the following default credentials:

2. Insert the Telestra ASTi Software Installation DVD.
3. From the taskbar, click
Applications
, point to
Accessories
, and then click
Terminal
.
4. To instruct the computer to access the DVD, type
mount /dev/dvd /media
, and press
Enter.
5. At the prompt, type
sh /media/install
, and press Enter.
