Technical Assistance
In order to optimize the Support and Assistance service,
ASSET makes use of n Iternational network of Resellers
and Authorized Distributors that supports Clients for any
possible request of Service.
Therefore the Final User must only contact the Reseller
where he purchased the machine for any request of
Assistance or Technical Support.
ASSET Resellers have complete access to our Technical
Support resources and a full knowledge of the possible
problems that could stand out.
They are also the sole able to send a RMA request to our
Company since ASSET does not sell directly to Final Users.
