5.1.25 Speed
Use the speed interface configuration command to specify the speed of a port. Use the no or
default form of this command to return the port to its default value. 10 GigE interfaces has no option
for this command. Those interfaces only work at 10Gig Ethernet standard.
Command Syntax
speed
<10 | 100 | 1000| auto>
10
Port runs at 10 Mbps.
100 Port runs at 100 Mbps.
1000
Port run at 1000 Mbps
auto Port automatically detects the speed it should run at based on the port at
the other end of the link
no speed

All interfaces are set to auto as default command.
