If you do not want a Bird data record output to your host computer every Bird measurement cycle
when in STREAM mode then use the REPORT RATE command to change the output rate to every
other cycle (R), every eight cycles (S) or every thirty-two cycles (T). If no REPORT RATE
command is issued, transmission proceeds at the measurement rate by default.
