PROTECTION, CONTROL AND METERING FUNCTIONS
fulfilled the internal flag for “close permission” is activated, otherwise the
“synchronization failure” flag is activated.
The function compares the voltage signals from the same phase at both sides of the
switch (bus or generation with line or load) so they must have the same
transformation ratios. The user can select the phase with which to perform the
comparison.
Figure 2-34 shows the logical diagram for the synchrocheck function with low voltage
permission.

The conditions for a close permission are the following:

or both sides of the switch according to the following settings:
