Step 7.
• Press Next
Step 8.
• Page 4 Go to the “Down-
load to device” section.
• Select the file to update ,
download the PLC firmware
(ie. PLC Maturmeat 126.hex).
Step 9.
• Page 5 the download will
start on its own, once com-
plete “download successful”
will appear.
Step 10.
• Power down Maturmeat®
before removing cables.
• Make sure to disconnect the
bridge from both pins (Com-
munication mode) and cover
1 pin only (Normal operation).
Follow the same procedure to update the 2nd PLC. Once
both PLC’s have been updated, power up Maturmeat®.
Finally you can go back into the recipe and continue
production.

NETWORK CONNECTION
Connection to the Network
requires a Mini Sim (pur-
chased separately in your
country) of at least 1 GB of
data only per month.
Once ready the Mini Sim can
be slid into its dedicated slot
on the back of the controller,
(with or without power).
Mini Sim
Power down Maturmeat®, wait
5 seconds and power back up.
Once power returns to con-
troller, you will be back on the
recipe screen. At the bottom
right hand corner, the link icon
should now be blue.
With the Mini Sim in place, navi-
gate to home screen, select
Dealer and enter code xxxx
(for code contact local Matur-
meat® dealer).
Select Variables and scroll
down to APN. Press the pen-
cil Icon and enter the code
provided by your service
provider. Press save/exit Icon.
