2.Requirements for the transistors outputs
The transistor is divided into D type and GD type
The load connected to FAB2 must have the following characteristics: When the
switch is ON(Q=1), the maximum current is 2A.
1) Type D connection is shown in Fig 2.10

1."M" line should be connected to "M" of FAB2 power supply, and
the load should be directly conected the "L+" of the load power.
2.The load voltage should be less than DC80V.
