Service Procedures

SP5-Scale Calibration

10)  Click “Ok” to start the zero command

Wait about 6 seconds for the command to be sent.

11)  Enter the calibration weight in KG in the following box. Click OK.

12)  Install the weight specified in the support on the unit and click “Ok”

13)  You will receive a confirmation message that the scale is correctly calibrated.

The calibration is now complete.
If anything goes wrong in the calibration, an error message will pop up and the whole
connection process will need to be restarted. If you fail to calibrate more that 4-5 times, it is
likely that there is a problem with the connection or the commands.
