1.7 Start Wizard
When you provide the device with electric source or perform a hard reset for the first time, the
initial Windows Mobile screen will appear. Follow the Start Wizard on LCD screen to set up the
device.
1. The initial Windows Mobile screen
Press the screen softly one time using stylus.
2. Aligning the screen and the stylus

Align screen

Set the align screen.
•
Press accurately the center of the target using stylus.
•
Press the target which moves through up, down, left and right accurately.

Stylus
The Tap and Hold screen appears.

To skip this step, tap Skip to go to the 3rd step.

If you tap NEXT, then you need to perform the following:

Tap and hold the white part of the screen using stylus, and select Cut on pop-up menu.
▪
On the Paste screen, tap and hold the screen using stylus,
and select Paste on pop-up menu. Tap NEXT to continue to the 3rd step.
3. Setting Date and Time
Set the standard time zone. The standard time zone needs to be set up variously depending
upon each country or area. Set the appropriate time zone correctly.
4. Password
You can set the password for the device.

To skip this step, tap Skip to go to the 5th step.
•
To set the password, enter the password in the Password entry and enter the password
again in the confirm entry. Then tap NEXT to continue to 5th step.
