Still Modes
When you use Still modes, such as Normal, Burst and Timer, you can capture still image(s) by
pressing the
CAMERA
button on the device or the
OK
button on the
NAVIGATION
Wheel. Still
images will be saved in JPG format.
On the preview screen, tap
Menu
to choose
Mode
,
Brightness
,
Resolution
,
Zoom
and
Flash
.
●
Mode
• Normal
: Captures standard still images. Press the
Camera
button or
OK
button to take a
photo.
• Burst
: Captures a sequence of still images (maximum 5) with one pressing
CAMERA
button on the device or the
OK
button on the
NAVIGATION
Wheel.
• Timer
: Captures a still image after the assigned time (5 seconds). After you select
Timer
mode, press the
Camera
button or
OK
button. A photo will be captured after 5
seconds.

Brightness
•
To adjust brightness level, tap
Menu > Brightness
and tap the desired brightness level.

Resolution
•
To adjust resolution level, tap
Menu > Resolution
and tap the desired resolution level.
•
The resolution is set as 320 x 240 by default, and the maximum resolution is 1600 x 1200.

Zoom
•
To adjust zoom level to take photos, tap
Menu > Zoom
and tap the desired zoom level.
•
You can also adjust zoom level by turning the NAVIGATION Wheel in camera screen.
•
The zoom range for a picture is 1.0x to 6.0x.
