MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
The maintenance operations are to be performed by
qualified and authorised technical personnel, who
possess the specific knowledge needed to perform the
job without risk.
Before doing any maintenance work, depressurise the
water system and disconnect the electric pump from
the power source.
When the operations are completed, check that no
tools, rags, clothing or foreign materials have been

Replace any worn components with original parts and
use the lubricants recommended by the manufacturer.
Dispose of the worn-out components and lubricants in
accordance with the relevant statutory requirements.
Regularly perform the routine maintenance
procedures specified by the manufacturer to keep the
electric pump safe and performing well.
Inspecting the electric pump mounting
Regularly check that the mounting bolts of the electric
pump are tight.
If the bolts are loose, tighten them to the driving torque
stated in the installation design.
