POWERING UP THE ADAV4601 EVALUATION BOARD
Once this project is open, the next step is to power up the evaluation board. This can be done by going to the
Hardware Configuration Window Tab and then to the
IC 1 – IIC Script
as indicated in the Figure 20 below.

and then navigate to the folder in which the SigmaStudio Test Flow is located;

Note:
This power up sequence is simply designed to power up and enable the audio processor. When designing the
ADAV4601 into a system, it is recommended to use the power up sequence documented in Section 2 – Powering up
the ADAV4601.

To ensure that SigmaStudio is communicating correctly with the ADAV4601 it is possible to read back from
the registers you have written to
by writing the following sequence:
