Amtel Systems Corporation (Amtel) warrants the Amtel Direct-Line series product you
have purchased from Amtel or from an authorized Amtel dealer to be free from defects
in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period of one year
from the date of purchase. Your original purchase invoice, showing the date of purchase
of the Amtel product, is the proof of the date of purchase. The warranty extends only to
you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who may subsequently
purchase, lease or otherwise obtain the product from you.
In the event a warranty issue should arise, you are advised to call your authorized Amtel
dealer or Amtel at (800) 999-8903 for instructions.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AMTEL SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR
PRODUCTS WHICH ARE ALTERED OR MODIFIED BY AGENT OR END USER.
IN THE EVENT OF ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, THE COMPANY'S SOLE
RESPONSIBILITY SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCTS AT
THE COMPANY'S OPTION. THE RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SHALL
BE AT AGENT'S OR REPRESENTATIVE'S EXPENSE, OR AT THE EXPENSE OF
AGENT'S CUSTOMERS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE
FOR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST
PROFITS.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital
device pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC regulations. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference when operated and installed in
accordance with Amtel Systems Corporation’s recommendations. This device must
accept any interference that may cause undesired operations.
