9. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
The driver can be configured to send Emails to a specified address under certain conditions.
These Emails contain a list of any errors that are present and the settings of the driver at the time
that the Email was sent . A sample Email is shown below:
“ This is an automatically generated notification Email sent to the contact address
configured by the installer/administrator of an Ampetronic Loop Driver. Please do not reply
to this Email .
Your DXX-X Hearing Loop Driver named XXXXXXXXX with MAC address
XXXX:XXXX:XXXX has either developed a fault or the settings have been modified without
authorisation . The driver or loop may require attention .
The configuration page of the driver can be reached by clicking this link: [Name of driver] if
you are on the same network domain as the driver
The system errors present on the driver when this Email was sent are listed below:

The Email can be sent when the driver is restarted, when an error occurs or periodically to monitor
the state of the loop driver . These settings are controlled only through the web interface – there
is no menu on the front panel that alters these settings . The controls for the Email system can be
found on the Config tab of the web interface. See section 8 Ethernet interface of this manual for
further information .
