3.10 Wear-pro tec tion plate
1)
When com pact ing in ter lock ing stone pave ment, it is rec om -
mended that wear-pro tec tion plates be used. This pre vents dam -
age to the ma chine and the ma te rial to be com pacted.

Check whether all parts are
– com plete,
– un dam aged,
– and clean.
w
To en sure that the ma chine runs per fectly, ev ery
5 hours, check the Vulkollan plate and tense it, if
nec es sary.
•
Park the ma chine on a level sur face, and turn off the en gine.
•
Loosen the coun ter-nuts ( 2 ) of the clamp ing bolts ( 1 ) and turn
the clamp ing bolts back a bit.
