TROUBLESHOOTING

6. T H E     E L E C T R O N I C   FA U LT S

SYMPTOM

POSSIBLE CAUSE

PROBABLE SOLUTION

After the machine is switched
on,  the display is not light.

No power supply.

Check main power supply or voltage in
the socket.

Fuse F 1 failure (the LED on the
source  does not light).

Replace the switch 12.0008.4.835.

Faulty display.

Replace the display 70.8001.1.003.

After the Start button is
pressed the machine does not
start operating.

Contactor  KM 1 does not
switch on.

Check the contactor KM circuits, it
means button SB2 Start, SB1 Stop,
Cover BQ6,  or replace the contactor
12.0008.4.488.

Control pushbutton start (SB2 or stop
(SB1)

Sewing motor is not turning.

Bracker FA 1 is switched off.

Bracker is switched on.

Faulty driver motor.

Check the or replace the driver motor
U 1,  replace motor
M 1- 12.0008.4.757.

Step motor is not moving.

Fuse F 3 or F 4 failure.

Replace fuse F 3 - 12.0008.4.064 or
F 4 - 12.0008.4.664.

Faulty driver U 2.

Replace driver  12.0010.4.161.

Faulty step motor.

Replace motor  06.7000.0.004.

Power switch QS 1  is damaged.

Replace the fuse  12.0008.4.665.

Fuse F 2 failure.

Replace the fuse 712.0008.4.664.
