Loop Assembly
The Loops are attached using the round 5” aluminum insert connector. Secure using the #8 TEK screws provided in
the LHPN . The ideal distance to insert the TEK screw is 1” from the end of both the loop and the rail.
•
Install the TEK screw on the backside underneath top and bottom of loop to keep from hands catching on the screw
REQUIRED: secure the loops with tech screws to avoid detachment by hand.

Install Note: Loops should be installed in the following locations:


Two loops at end of ramp where it meets ground ( unless impediment into a drive
way)

*
One loop where ramp meets a platform installed on external side of turn, either
going down or up a ramp.


Install Note: Loops should be turned to create a level top section. Loops will be
installed turned one way or the other depending on slope of ramp.

Use to connect two handrails or loops

Do not use to connect a Stop - N - Rest to a
Ramp - instead use PSK to connect a handrail
