switching

Do not forget to deactivate the one-sided switching before the next
field pass.

8.10.1

Mechanically adjustable one-sided switching

Protect yourself against toxic dressing dust. Wear breathing equip-
ment and safety goggles before working on the distributor head.

1. Perform all work on the distributor head

from the hopper (see section "Working on
the distributor head", page 195).

2. Open the distributor head cover.

2.1 Loosen the knurled screw (Fig.

192/1) and remove the cover (Fig.
192/2) from the segment distributor
head.

3. Mount the insert (Fig. 192/3) in the

distributor head such that the outlets to the
coulters are closed on one half of the
implement.

4. Halve the seed rate (see the "ISOBUS

Software" operating manual or "A"
operating manual).
