7.2.4

Uncoupling the pack top seed drill from the soil tillage implement

DANGER

Empty the hopper before decoupling the pack top seed drill
from the soil tillage implement.

WARNING

Danger of being crushed, cut, caught, drawn in or struck
through insufficient stability and possible tilting of the uncou-
pled implement!

Set the empty implement down on a horizontal parking area with a
firm base.

The pack top seed drill cannot be uncoupled if the soil tillage imple-
ment is equipped with hydraulic working depth adjustment.

1. If the implement is equipped with coulter lifting and the coulters are lifted, lower the coulters into

working position.

2. Park the combination on a level surface with solid ground.

3. Empty the hopper.

4. Move the implement into transport position (see section "Moving the seeding combination into

transport position", page 161).

5. Switch off the tractor PTO shaft, apply the tractor parking brake, switch the tractor engine off and

remove the ignition key.

6. Uncouple the supply lines connected to the

tractor.

7. Hang the supply lines in the hose cabinet

(Fig. 125).
