AltiAgent Manual

Note:

If your extension is configured to bypass account code validation,
you can enter an account code in the box at the bottom of the pop-
up window.

Click

OK.

To change the account code for a call in progress, repeat the steps above,
entering the new account code to assign the call to.

Using Voice Mail

When you click the

Voice Mail

tab in the main window, you see the voice

mail list.
