Incoming Call with Matched Data to be Logged
When the call is finished (either agent or caller hangs up), and IVR data
matches a case number (or contact /account number), an activity log will be
generated to the case (or contact/account number) and an Alti-MSCRM
Call Log window appears.

To save the log to the MSCRM database, click the Write Log button. This
opens a new window to show the results of the saved log.

Otherwise, use the Close button to exit the window.
