Sample Answer Guider
The answer guider feature in Alti-MSCRM allows for a web page to be
popped that is intended as an agent answering guide or agent script. The
answer guider can be configured to pop to a workgroup agent to provide
key information—product information, current inventory levels, sales
script, etc.—while handling a customer call.
The answer guider feature can be configured as followed:
1.
Create an agent script or an answering guide with your desired
information on a web page.
2.
In the DNIS/Workgroup configuration page, enter the URL for this
web page in the Pop Page/Match entry field and select the checkbox..

Use the Virtual Directory Creation Wizard in IIS to create a virtual
directory for the answering script.
