At the same time, a Microsoft Internet Explorer dialog box will
prompt you to save your changes to the Microsoft CRM entry record
or to close the record without saving the changes.

Pressing OK will allow the next screen pop to appear in place of the
old Microsoft CRM entry. Pressing Cancel will leave the current
Microsoft CRM entry record open.
