Undo the
countersunk screws (42)
with
a socket wrench (wrench size 3 mm) and
remove the
transmission cover (43)

Undo the
cylinder screws (44)
with a
socket wrench (wrench size 4 mm) and
remove with the
disks (45)
. Pull off the
small sprocket wheel (46)
and the
large sprocket wheel (47)
together
with the
chain (48)
from the shafts.
C.
Rotate the
large sprocket wheel (47)
and the
small sprocket wheel (46)
with the
chain (48)
by 180° and slide
back onto the shafts. Mount the
cylin-
der screws (44)
with the
disks (45)
and
tighten with a torque of 6 Nm.
The machine has less feeding force (smaller torque) at the “fast” gear level.
Risk of burning!
Before dismantling, it must be ensured that the welding wedge has cooled down, the device has
been switched off with the main switch (2), and the power cord is disconnected from the mains.
