S32 017 0-255 Xon Character
S32 contains the character which has to be recognized as Xon flow control character.
S33 019 0-255 Xoff Character
S33 contains the character which has to be recognized as Xoff flow control character.
S36 * 007 0-7 LAPM error registration, line speed limitation
This register determines the action if an attempt to build up a V42 LAMP connection
fails. (S48=1-28).

S38 020 0-255 Off-line delay (only in error corrected modes)
S38 determines the time before the modem after the (hang up) command, goes off-line.
This is used to ensure that the transmission buffer is empty before the modem
breaks off the connection. The units are in seconds.
