Step Test Cycle Step Display Description
25 Breakaway "Breakaway", "Max RPM:
XX", dispenser with "ES1-4"
and "C1-4" active XX is the maximum basket
speed from the previous spin
test step. This step checks the
breakaway speed and the door
unlock function. The the bas-
ket will spin with the break-
away agitate. All valves will
be open at the beginning of
this step to allow the blowing
out of the valves. The Pro-
grammable Output is on as
well.
The water level sensor will be
trimmed in this step after a
20-second delay once the
Start key is pressed the first
time.
If the water valves are to be
left on during this step, the
Start key should be pressed
immediately at the beginning
of this step to stop the flow of
water into the machine to al-
low the water in the machine
to drain out before the pres-
sure sensor trimming process
begins. Failure to do this
could result in lower water
levels than desired.
The Start keypad must be
pressed to start exiting the
test. The first Start key press
will turn off the water valves
and the Programmable Out-
put. The second Start key
press will stop the motor and
start the unlock process. Once
the door unlocks, the door
needs to be opened to exit the
test.
26 Power Down “Power down the machine” The factory test is complete
and that the user can safely un-
plug the machine.
