Status icons

You can tell a lot about your phone when you understand the icons in the Status bar. Here’s what each one means:

Signal strength/Basic icon is white and icon color

is changed to green when Google account is

syncronized

TTY connected

No signal

GPS is on and active

1X CDMA connected

Vibrate only mode

1X CDMA in use

Speakerphone is on

EvDo connected

Silent mode-no audio or vibration

EvDo in use

Bluetooth is on

Airplane mode

Bluetooth device connected

Data synchronizing

No battery

Synchronization error

It indicates that battery is remaining

(Empty to full charge states)

Wi-Fi signal strength

Wired headset connected

Wi-Fi/when connected to Google service

Notifi cation icons

Notifi cation icons in the Status bar alert you to items that may require your attention such as new messages,
