6.2 Transporte y montaje
A continuación encontrará instrucciones
para:

el transporte y el montaje del equipo con-
forme a las exigencias de seguridad.
El
AKC
se suministra sobre una
bancada
de madera perfilada.
Prestar atención a los símbolos en el
embalaje.
6.2.1 Advertencias de seguridad para el
transporte
■
El transporte así como la carga y des-
carga del equipo, se deben realizar con
especial cuidado. En ningún caso
emplear la fuerza.
■
Procurar que no se sobrepase la carga
máxima de los medios de soporte de la
carga en el lugar de montaje Si el
transporte se realiza con
una carretilla
elevadora, cuidar de que el
equipo sólo
se enganche debajo del
marco de
soporte del equipo o debajo del
bastidor
de perfiles de madera.
■
En ningún caso, el equipo se debe
transportar por la tubería, puesto que ésta se
puede dañar. Pueden producirse fugas en el
sistema de tuberías del equipo, e incluso
graves problemas de funcionamiento de la
AKC
.
Retirar el embalaje

Retirar el embalaje con cuidado!
Comunicar de forme inmediata al fabricante
y a la empresa encargada del transporte los
daños y pérdidas que se hubiesen producido
durante el transporte.
Documentar posibles daños e informar inme-
diatamente al fabricante.

6.2.1 Safety Information Concerning
Transport
■
Take special care in transporting or loa-
ding and unloading the unit. Never use
force!
■
Ensure that you never exceed the maxi-
mum safe loading limits of the load-bea-
ring members at the place of installation,
If using a fork-lift truck for transport,
ensure that the unit is only lifted by the
carrying frame for the unit or under the
wooden pallet.
■
Under no circumstances may the unit be
transported by the piping, as this could
damage it. This could cause leaks in the
piping of the unit and even lead to
serious malfunctioning of the
AKC
Removing the packing materials
!
Remove the packing materials with care!
Report at once to the manufacturer and the
company responsible for transport about
any machine parts that are damaged or miss-
sing as a result of transport.
Document any damage and inform the
manufacturer in detail.
