6.1 Componentes del equipo
6.1.1 Adsorbedor
El adsorbedor es un recipiente de presión,
que está relleno de material secante. En las
aberturas de entrada y de salida del
adsorbedor se encuentran distribuidores del
flujo, que distribuyen el aire uniformemente
a través de la sección del adsorbedor. Los
distribuidores del flujo son alcachofas,
soldada en el suelo inferior del recipiente.
6.1.2 Carbón activo
Para eliminar los
Aircel
AKC
y los odo-
rantes se emplea un carbón activo especial.
La limpieza del medio se produce por el
hecho de que las moléculas del aceite son
ligadas físicamente a la gran superficie
interior del carbón activo.
6.1.3 Indicador de aceite.

indicador de aceite, que garantiza una cali-
dad uniforme del medio.

6.1 Parts of the Unit
6.1.1 Adsorber
An adsorber is a pressure vessel filled with
activated carbon. There are flow distribu-
tors at the inlet and outlet openings of the ad-
sorber, which distribute the air equally
across the cross-section of the adsorber. The
distributors are mesh filters built into the in-
lets and outlets of the adsorber.
6.1.2 Activated carbon
A special activated carbon is used in the
Aircel
AKC
to purify the medium from
oil-
vapours and / or odours.
The purification of the medium is done by
the oil molecules being physically bound to
the large inner surface area of the activated
carbon.
6.1.3 Indicator
The
Aircel
AKC
is fitted with an oil-
check indicator that ensures continuous qua-
lity assurance.
6.1.4 Pressure gauge
The
AKC
is equipped with a
pressure
gauge to indicate the actual operating
pressure level.
