El equipo solamente se debe emplear:
■
para su uso de acuerdo con su destino
(véase capítulo 5.1.1 „Lo que tiene que
hacer siempre“ en la página 6),
■
cuando se encuentra en un estado per-
fecto en cuanto a seguridad
■
cuando se cumplen todas las medidas de
mantenimiento y conservación (véase
capítulo 9 „Mantenimiento y conserva-
ción“ en la página 22).
Cualquier avería o defecto que pueda afec-
tar a la seguridad se tiene que eliminar
inmediatamente.
El diseño/desarrollo, labricacón, emon-taje
y el servicio posventa están sujetos a un
sistema de aseguramiento de la calidad cer-
tificado según DIN-ISO 9001 / EN 29001.
5.1.4 Garantía y responsabilidad
Queda excluida cualquier reclamación de
garantía o responsabilidad cuando se debe a
una o varias de las siguientes causas:
■
el uso indebido del equipo
■
montaje, puesta en servicio, manipulación
o mantenimiento incorrectos del equipo
■
funcionamiento del equipo cuando exi-
stía un defecto demostrable
■
no observación de las indicaciones del
manual de funcionamiento sobre trans-
porte, almacenamiento, montaje, puesta
en servicio y mantenimiento
■
modificaciones constructivas no autori-
zadas del equipo
■
control deficiente de componentes del
equipo sometidos a un desgaste

maintenance and servicing measures

Faults or defects that could affect safety
must be put right fully.
5.1.4 Warranty and Liability
Claims for warranty and liability concerning
personal injury or material damage are
excluded if they were caused by one or
more of the following factors:
■
inappropriate use or application of the
unit
■
technically incorrect installation, startup,
operation and maintenance of the unit
■
operation of the unit when a defect
demonstrably existed
■
failure to observe the information given
in the Operation Manual concerning
transport, storage, installation, startup
and maintenance
■
undertaking constructional modificati-
ons on the unit on one’s own initiative
■
inadequate monitoring of parts of the unit
that are subject to wear
