Teach Screen Button Descriptions and Options
1 –
Insert New Event:
Adds events in the profile.
2 –
Home System Motor:
Homes all axes on the platform
3 –
Activate Manual/Teach Camera Alignment:
Brings up the vision camera and activates X & Y
joysticks to move camera Y axis and X axis
4 –
Toggle Laser Distance Switch:
Activates the laser for automated nozzle alignments. This is used
with the setup of the
Z Hot Gas Nozzle Change
task.
5 –
Delete Current Event:
Allows the deletion of an event.
6 –
New & Copy:
Works with the
Insert New Event
button to either insert a blank/new event or make
a duplicate copy of an event.
7 –
Time:
Allows programmer to set the time in seconds for individual events.
8 –
Events:
Displays which event is currently shown and allows programmer to scroll up and down to
view the events.
9 –
Foot/Time:
Selects whether an event is time or footswitch based.
10 –
Application Notes/Miscellaneous Control:
Brings up the notes page. This page contains all
board, nozzle, part and flow well information set up from the programmer.
11 –
Stop:
Halts all functions of platform (heat and motion).
12 –
Motor Motion:
This group allows the movement of the axes listed. Clicking on the blue
Motor
Axis bar
brings up a motor panel.
13 –
OK/Exit Screen:
Exits
Teach screen
and temporarily saves any changes made.
14 –
Msg:
This is the message bar. Programmers can type any message in this space and it will display
in the
Run screen
during that event.
15 –
Show All, Show Masters, Show Any Selected:
This button has three options used to display
the tasks:
a –
Show All:
Displays all tasks whether checked, unchecked or a solid box.
b –
Show Masters:
Shows only tasks that were designated masters (solid box), by the
programmer. All others are hidden.
c –
Show Any Selected:
Shows only tasks that have a check or solid box. All others are hid-
den.
16 –
Task Options:
This section of the screen displays all the tasks. What appears in this section is
determined by the
Show
button state.
17 –
Task Properties:
This section shows all controls associated with a task. The properties change
depending on which task is selected under
Task Options
.
18 –
Support Options:
This section appears when more information is needed by a check box in
Task
Properties
. For example:
a –
Image List Control
is selected under
Task Options
.
b –
Show 1st Image is
checked in
Task Properties
.
c –
Support Options
allows the user to select a photo or ??? that will be attached to the task in
that event of the profile.
