Solder Pump Control
•
Solder Pump Velocity(%): (min 1% / max 100%) Pump velocity required to get desired
flow. NOTE: Not used for hot air only removal.
•
Allow Override: Allows Run Screen to override pump% inprogram
Z-Axis Hot Gas Nozzle Change: Examples: Change to barrel clean nozzle, change to differ-
ent nozzle for next program.

Noz Offset Z (mm): (min 0 mm / max 50 mm) Offset=nozzle “Z” length (mm) minus 66mm
(standard)

Move To Safe Height: When checked, needed to activate other nozzle change functions.
•
Use Noz Alignment: When checked, AV recommends that nozzle alignment is always
done.
NOTES for 1 – 3: Use for automatic laser squaring of nozzle.
1. Noz Length (Y) (mm): (min 0 mm / max 175 mm) Width of nozzle in correct orientation.
2. Noz Margin (Y) (mm): (min -30 mm / max 0 mm) Distance from edges of nozzle laser will use
(-5.000mm)
3. Noz Position (Z) (mm): (min 0 mm / max 321 mm) In “TEACH”, depower motor Y camera. Toggle on
laser distance switch icon. Move “Z” hot gas head down until laser shows on a flat surface of the
nozzle. Click on “TEACH”.
4. Noz Theta Offset (deg): (min -8 / max 8) Post alignment theta adjustment (typically never used).
5. Install Message: Example: Install nozzle NTXXX with blades facing front and back.

Return To Start Position: Returns nozzle to position prior to nozzle change.
•
Allow Skip (Load / Align): Allows the operator to skip this task when in Run screen.
