In addition to the above, the following network settings can be set.

Packet size

Note

It is possible to set the size per a packet when the image data is transmitted. In order to operate the
camera properly, the packet size should be less MTU of the network equipment which the camera is

connected.

Packet delay

When the data is transferred to the network, the delay value between packets can be adjusted. If the

delay value is increased, the band width for transmitting packet data can be reduced. However, at the
same time, total data in a period can be reduced due to the delay value. This may result in slower frame

rate.

Note

･

Persistent IP address can be set arbitrarily. However, due to the setting of Persistent IP, Host

Application may not detect the camera. In this case, the appropriate Persistent IP address should be
re-set by using the tool to issue Force IP.

Caution to connect ABA-003IR-GE/ABA-001IR-GE to Windows OS

Firewall setting

It is necessary to allow TSight Viewer through Windows in order to take images.

In Control Panel, select System and Security, Windows Firewall and click “Allow programs to

communicate through Windows Firewall”. Click OK.
