Installing and Preparing the Boiler
1.
Using an appropriate means of transport
(e.g. forklift truck, crane, etc.), move the ap-
pliance, on the pallet and protected by its
packaging, as close as possible to the instal-
lation location. See
“Transporting the Prod-
uct” on page I-28
2.
Unpack the product as indicated in
“Un-
packing the Product” on page I-28.
3.
Move the appliance carefully to its final po-
sition. Make sure to comply with the recom-
mended clearances (See
“Dimensions and
Clearances” on page G-14).
4.
If some height is required for condensate flow
to the sewer system or if a condensate neu-
tralisation system needs to be installed, place
the appliance on a base with sufficient height
(recommended slope to the sewer: 3%).

5.
Open top and center front panels. Refer
to
“Removing and Installing the Access
Panels” on page I-32.
6.
Remove the following components from their
storage location. See
Fig. 13 below

Condensate trap (

Bottom front panel (

)
7.
Using a hex head wrench size 4, release the
retaining screws and remove the air inlet con-
nections (
1
) and the condensate trap (
2
) from
their storage location.
8.
Using a hex head wrench size 4, remove bot-
tom front panel (
3
) from its storage location
and install in position. See
Fig. 14 below.
