Programming Command Reference

(1 digit) contains test results by the total sums of 3
bits as follows.
bit 0 (1): Pass or Fail result for Sensitivity BER II
bit 1 (2): Pass or Fail result for Sensitivity FER
bit 2 (4): Pass or Fail results for BER IB
Each bit is set to
0
if the test is pass, or each bit is set to
1
if the
test is fail. The value in the parentheses is decimal value for
each bit. Refer to
Setting and Querying the Registers on
page 4-18 .

(up to 5 letters) are the measured Sensitivity BER
II, FER and BER IB data respectively ranging from
