Error Messages in Alphabetical Order
137 DC CURRENT LIMIT OCCURED
The output current at DC SOURCE port is reached the upper limit; the output voltage is
reduced so that the current does not exceed the upper limit. This message appears when the
DC SOURCE port is used in voltage control mode .
136 DC SOURCE O VERLO AD
The DC SOURCE output is overloded.
138 DC V OL T A GE LIMIT OCCURED
The output voltage at DC SOURCE port is reached the upper limit; the output current is
reduced so that the voltage does not exceed the upper limit. This message appears when the
DC SOURCE port is used in current control mode .
37 DISPLA Y BUFFER IS FULL
