Operation

Connecting and Measuring DUTs

Connecting and Measuring DUTs

Connect DUTs to the electrodes and take measurements.

CAUTION

Do not connect a DUT, which has an incompatible size.

Step 1.

Remove the cap.

CAUTION

Make sure there is no dirt or other foreign matter in the DUT insertion hole.

Step 2.

Insert the DUT into the insulator hole with tweezers. 

Use a magnifying glass to check that the DUT is inserted deeply enough into the insulator 
hole for it to contact the bottom electrode.

Step 3.

Fit the cap in place with the mark toward the front, and turn it to the right until it is locked.

Step 4.

Take measurements in accordance with the Operation Manual for the measuring instrument 
you are using.

Removing the DUT

Use the push ring when removing the DUT.
