Aeroworks 30cc Laser 200 Assembly Manual

2. We recommend installing the carburetor choke

pushrod as shown. Use nylon ties to provide
support and holding friction for the choke push-
rod. Place silicon fuel tubing over the wire
pushrod to prevent damage from vibration and
provide holding friction. Solder brass spacer on
the end of the pushrod to provide a finger grip.

3. Location of manual choke pushrod shown be-

low.

Note:

Aeroworks has found this method to provide

sufficient cooling for the DLE 35 gas engine.

It is still important to check motor

temperatures to ensure it is not running too

hot. If your engine does run hotter than the

manufacturer suggests, additional cooling holes

may need to be made in the cowling.
