Aeroworks 30cc Laser 200 Assembly Manual 

 

19.  Feed a large nylon tie through the hole and into 

the fuselage as shown. This will be used to route 
the vent line out the bottom of the fuse.  

20.  Secure open end of vent tubing to the nylon tie 

as shown.  

22.  Use wire cutters to remove excess fuel tubing, 

fuel tubing should extend out of fuse 1 1/2” to 
allow easy installation of the vent exit dot.  

 
 

 

21.  Pull nylon tie and fuel tubing back through vent 

exit dot hole 

24.  Use thick CA to secure fuel vent exit dot in fuse.  

23.  Use safety wire (Supplied) to secure fuel tubing 

to fuel vent exit dot
