2. Observe the safety instructions
Please read and observe all safety instructions you received enclosed with the product.
Only skilled personnel are permitted to store, install, commission, perform electrical connections
and maintain the DLT-V83.
Skilled personnel for the purpose of these safety instructions are persons who are familiar with
how to store, install, perform electrical connections, commission, and operate this product and
have the corresponding qualifications for their activities, such as:

Training or instruction in how to switch on and off, ground, and label power circuits and
devices or systems in accordance with the current standards for safety equipment, as well as
the required authorization.

Training or instruction in how to maintain and use appropriate safety equipment in accordance
with the current standards for safety equipment.
−
Training in first aid.
Users of the DLT-V83 must be trained by skilled personnel and instructed about the operation of
the device.
