whenever iCenter checks in with the server (every 10 seconds) it will get the
current GMT time. If the iCenter time differs from GMT by 10 seconds or more,
the iCenter time will be reset.

screen,
iCenter will send time to TeleSMART and the control panel every hour. This 1-
hour timer starts on iCenter power-up or when
S
ync With Network Clock
is
selected if it was not set at power-up.

ime & Date
screen,
control panel time will be updated when iCenter time is set and you hit the
OK
button.

Daylight Savings Time is processed internal to the iCenter, since iCenter gets
GMT from the server. When iCenter adjusts for DST, the next time the 1-hour
timer expires, the new value should be sent to the control panel.

This means that the iCenter setting will override and overwrite the
control panel time setting. That is, if the control panel is set to DST and adjusts but
iCenter is not, upon the 1-hour timer expiration, the control panel will be updated to
the current iCenter time that is not adjusted for DST.

screen, while referring to the Time Zones Settings
chart, select the corresponding
T
ime Zone
for the location of the iCenter by
pressing the “increase” or “decrease” arrow buttons.
From the
S
et
T
ime & Date
screen adjust either or both the time and date by
pressing the “increase” or “decrease” arrow buttons as necessary until the proper
month, day, year, hour, and minute are displayed.
