Click the New Library Item button at the bottom of the Library palette, and then select 

the item you want to add in the New Library Item dialog box.

You can store background images, buttons, other images, and menus that you want to 

use as templates in the Library palette, for quick and easy access from any project.

The default menu is the menu that Adobe Encore DVD opens when you choose Menu 

> New Menu or click the New Menu button at the bottom of the Project window.

To customize a template, edit it as you would any other menu you’ve created in Adobe 

Encore DVD. Once you’ve created an initial menu from a template, it is fully editable.
