with a feeler gauge.
Working limit:
Top ring: replace above 0.11mm

ring: replace above 0.09 mm

Take-off piston rings and put into the
bottom of cylinder.

Use piston to press the ring into cylinder.

Measure the opening gap of the piston ring
when pressed into cylinder.
Working limit:
Top ring: replace above 0.5mm

ring: replace above 0.5mm

Measure the hole of the piston pin.
Working limit:
Replace if inside diameter is over
17.04
mm
x
Measure outside diameter of piston pin.
Working limit:
Replace if under 16.96 mm
