TROUBLE DIAGNOSE
Low compression pressure
x Piston ring wear-out, burn, or broken
x Cylinder, piston wear out or damaged.
Compression pressure too high
x
Piston or combustion chamber stocks
with carbon material.
x
Avoid to harm the cylinder inner surface and
piston face.
Exhaust with white smoke
x Piston ring wear-out, burn, or broken
x
Cylinder, piston wear out or damaged.
Piston noise
x
Piston, cylinder, or piston ring damaged.
x Piston pin and piston wear out

pin.

Check the piston, piston pin, and piston rings.

Clean the carbon residual on ring and ditch on piston.
