Unapproved Time Cards are displayed when a user attempts to export time card data to payroll,
and not all employees’ Time Cards have been approved. You will need to approve each time card
in order to export the data to payroll.
Optionally you can turn off this feature by unchecking the option in the Administrator Setup
screen under Time Card Approvals.

and QwikPay ® payroll packages using the Intuit PC Access ® Time Clock Interface import file
